What is this, some sort of post-apocalyptic journey a la The Road?
You might as well ask if I’m walking across the country.
And as we’re talking about the Apocalypse, that rules out airplanes.
And Snowpiercer aside, most likely trains too.
That leaves busses and cars.
Fuel would be a problem in this sort of situation, so a fully fueled bus implies a band of organized cannibals.
No thank you, I hear dinner is served on that cross-country line, and I have no intention of being the main entree.
That leaves the car, where you can travel alone and rely on the only person you can trust after the fall of civilization: yourself.
I just need to throw a few cuts of my (former) neighbors into the ice box, and then I’m off to greener pastures…
